What colours do you have?

Since all our dresses are custom made you can have any colour available to us - see below for indicative colour charts. Please beware that the screen you are viewing these colour charts on may not give a true representation of what the colour is in real life. If you would like a colour sample please do not hesitate to contact us and we will send you one

How long will it take?
From completion of order to delivery should take 2-3 weeks and custom bridal Gowns 5-6 weeks. Every effort is made so that you receive your gown on time. Some things are out of our control (customs, shipping agents, couriers etc) so cannot guarantee an exact date but we will keep you updated as to the status of your order.

What sizes do you have?
Please consult or sizing guide to see what dress best suits your size/and shape.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do ship overseas. Your shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown before your order is processed.

If I’m Unhappy with my dress, can I send it back for a refund.
Yes certainly by all means, please email us, as well to let us know what the problem was. We aim to please and do understand sometimes it can be difficult purchasing a gown before seeing it.

If it is the wrong size, can it be sent back for another size.
yes please send back and we will send another size.

Do you have lay-by available.
Yes lay-by is available on dresses and Gowns, Payment can be made for up to 2 Months. If you require longer please email us and let us know.

How is my Dress or Gown sent?
Smaller items are sent in a bubble wrap bag for their appropriate size. Track and trace. You may also request boxed delivery.

What forms of payment, do you accept?
Credit card, through paypal, Direct Credit, and cheque is fine.

Do you have a large size range?
Yes most of our dress range in sizes 6 up to size 28. Wedding gowns are custom made to your specific measurements. There is also a wide range of Bridesmaid Dresses that can be custom made also. There is a small fee of $20.00 if you require a custom made dress.

How long will it take for my Dress or Gown to arrive at my destination.
Please allow 2-3 weeks and usually sooner. Custom made wedding dresses, take 5-6 weeks. Custom made other dresses, 2-3 weeks. If you require it more urgently please contact us and we will get your dress to you quicker.

I have never purchased a dress on the Internet before, and I find it a bit scary?
Yes we do understand your concerns, which is why we do offer a full refund if you are not satisfied. Shopping on line however can be a lovely relaxed way to shop at your own pace at home and as well as giving you the customer a more wider range of gowns and dresses to choose from.
Rest assured we have been selling Gowns and dresses on Trade Me and other places for quite some time, and have excellent feedback from our many satisfied customers.
